About us

A foundation built on stability

Home Stability & Revitalization Foundation — HSR Foundation — is a housing-focused community organization in formation, dedicated to the belief that stable homes are the first building block of strong families and thriving neighborhoods.

Why we exist

More than homes — stronger communities

When a home is safe and stable, everything else has a foundation to stand on: children do better in school, families plan for the future, and neighborhoods grow stronger from within.

HSR Foundation was founded to serve that idea — to acquire, rehabilitate, construct, and preserve safe, quality, affordable housing while revitalizing communities and creating pathways to stability, opportunity, and generational change.

We are at the beginning of this journey. That means we are doing the patient, honest work of building an organization the right way — before we make promises about programs, funding, or outcomes.

What guides us

Our values

Stability

Safe places and stronger families. We believe stability is the starting point for everything that follows.

Opportunity

Real solutions and lasting change. We work to open pathways that families and neighborhoods can build on for generations.

Community

People, neighbors, neighborhoods. Revitalization happens with communities, not to them.

Integrity

We communicate honestly about who we are, what we're doing, and what we're not — especially while in formation.

Revitalization

Restoring homes and rebuilding lives. Preserving and improving housing strengthens entire blocks.

Hope

Today for a stronger tomorrow. Every project starts with the belief that better is possible.

Our formation status

Transparency first
